Ingredients:
Spaghettis squash
1Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Garlic Salt
Directions:
Cut spaghetti squash in half lengthwise. Next spoon out seeds, making sure not to remove too much flesh. Then drizzle flesh with olive oil garlic salt and onion powder.
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper flesh side down. With a fork poke holes in the squash. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes or until a fork can easily poke threw the rind.
After removing the squash from the oven, flip over and gently scrape the flesh with a fork until your noodles are formed.
Serve plain or with your favorite sauce.
