Peach Chutney

Ingredients:

3 Peaches

1 Jalapeno

1 Tbsp Kosher Salt

1 Tsp. Apple Cider Vinegar

1Tbsp Brown Sugar

Directions:

Finely chop jalapeno removing both the vein and seeds and place in a medium sized bowl along with 1 tbsp Salt.

Next peel and chop 3 peaches, and mix into the jalapeno salt mixture,followed by 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar and 1 Tbsp brown sugar. Finally cover and refrigerate for at least 30 mins, up to several days.

Excellent served over pork, chicken fish or alone with chips.
