Ingredients:

2 Russet potatoes

1 small head of broccoli

1.5 cups of cheddar cheese grated

½ cup sour cream

1 tbsp garlic salt

1 tbsp onion powder

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp white pepper

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp cayenne pepper

1 tsp Salt

Directions:

Wash and dry your potatoes then cut length wise, place on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and salt Bake flesh side up at 350 degrees for 20-30 mins or until flesh is easy to pierce. Meanwhile finely chop broccoli and add into a medium sized mixing bowl. Once the potatoes are cool enough to tough gently scrape out the flesh and add it to the bowl with the broccoli followed by the sour cream, cheddar cheese,garlic salt,onion powder, white pepper, black pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic powder and salt.

Mix thoroughly and scoop back into potato skins.

Put back in the oven and bake for 10-15 mins or until the cheese is melted.

Serve one half as a side dish or a whole potato for a meal.
