Ingredients:
Pork Tenderloin (approximately 1 -1.75lbs)
1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp Brown Sugar
1 tbsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tbsp White Pepper
1 tbsp Black Pepper
1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
2 tbsp Garlic Powder
2 tbsp Onion Powder
Directions:
In a Gallon sized Bag combine 2 tbsp Brown Sugar,1 tbsp Cayenne Pepper,1 tbsp White Pepper,1 tbsp Black Pepper,1 tbsp Smoked Paprika,2 tbsp Garlic Powder,2 tbsp Onion Powder. Close bag and shake until combined.
Drizzle olive oil over pork tenderloin and add to gallon sized bag, completely cover tenderloin in seasoning mixture and refrigerate for 30 mins- up to a day.
Next remove your tenderloin from the refrigerator allowing it to come to room temperature, clean and lightly grease your gas grill before preheating it to 425 degrees.
Once the grill is up to temperature place the tenderloin on the grill rotating it 1/3rd of the way approximately every 5 minutes. Once the tenderloin reaches an internal temperature of 140 degrees remove from heat and minutes wrap in tin foil and allow it to rest for 7 minutes.Slice tenderloin against the gran and serve.
